In mid-July, the famous German newspaper Hesse and Lower Saxony Allgemeine, based in Kassel, devoted half a page to the graduates of the Notheim European School Specialized High School. In the article, a number of German Education Union students were repeatedly honored by real names.

The title of the article is "Nine times a few", which means that nine students got a few points. Of the nine outstanding graduates, three are German Education Union students. They are Ma Yitian, Gu Ruowei and Xie Peng. The article mentioned that Ma Yitian got 1.5 points, ranking first in the whole grade of economics major.
